Ep. #889 Canoeing Carp Lake Michigan: Scenic Views and Tranquil Waters

During our next day of adventure in the Mackinaw City area, we decide to take advantage of the beautiful day and bring the canoes out on Carp Lake. Robin didn't want to go at first, but eventually we convinced her to tag along. 😉 The water was clear and the scenery was beautiful. We then took a cruise through the Tunnel of Trees, which I wasn't very impressed, but it was still very pretty. 😉
To end the evening, we visit Moose Jaw Junction, a family restaurant in Pellston, where we enjoy some food and rate the experience. I wasn't very happy with my choice, but everything else was pretty good. They were very short staffed, so service was slow, but very friendly and accommodating. All in all, it was a very pleasant day.
