Another order of our favorite Home Chef. This first dish Tiana has prepared the jerk chicken thigh-stuffed poblano peppers with pineapple and pickled red onion. While this wasn't our favorite stuffed pepper recipe we've had from Home Chef, Robin and I rated it a 6, Tiana gave it 5 because she wasn't a fan of the pineapple (Brittain's rating wasn't recorded because she just finished off Tiana's, but she gave it a 7.) 😉
